Banned for 974 years?

Woke up this morning to my account being banned, I've been playing about a week and I haven't used any auto clickers or anything.

I haven't heard back from customer service yet, but I can't fathom what could have happened. I have two characters I jump between, and sometimes I'll camp timers so I can start something else quickly but other than that I'm playing very casually.

Any thoughts? Prayers? Condolences? Lmao
